The UTC Institute for Advanced Systems Engineering (UTC IASE) is proud to present its first annual international conference in Systems Engineering on November 10, 2014 at the main campus of the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT.
UTC IASE has established itself as a hub for world-class research and project-based learning by teams of students around the globe.
The Institute – a collaboration between UConn and the United Technologies Corporation – is marking its one-year anniversary with an all-day conference featuring speakers and panel discussions. Speakers include Nils Sandell, Director of the Strategic Technology Office (STO) of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency DARPA); Mun Choi, Provost & Executive VP for Academic Affairs (UCONN); Michael McQuade, SVP for Science & Technology (UTC); Alberto Sangiovanni-Vincentelli (UC Berkeley); Steve Morse (Yale); Christos Cassandras (BU); Holger Giese (HPI); Richard Murray (Caltech) Ramesh S (GM Labs); and Isaac Cohen (UTRC).
